The Job People is the "Controller" of the Personal Data you provide to us meaning we determine the purposes and means of the processing of your personal data in relation to work finding services.
In order for us to offer you work finding services we will need to collect certain personal information from you to allow us to perform our contract with you and to enable us to comply with our legal obligations. We may also obtain data about you indirectly from other sources such as your referees, job board websites, including social media platforms, personal recommendations and from our clients during the performance of your duties whilst on assignments.

The data we hold and process will be used for our management and administrative use within the work finding services that we provide to you. We will keep and use it to manage our relationship with you effectively, lawfully and appropriately, during the recruitment process, during the duration of your contract with us and at the time when your contract ends and after you have left. This includes recruitment services, payroll, performance management, legal and compliance reporting obligations and internal, external and client or third-party audits.

Having regard to the original purpose for which the data was processed, we will keep your Personal Data for no longer than is legally required and strictly necessary. You can request a copy of our Document Retention Policy from your local representative.
We will retain your contact details for a period of two years after your last assignment to continue to offer you work finding services.
